There is something deeply appealing about the tolerance of the savage for the innocent. Reminds me of the scene with the child and Frankenstein's monster (and also of my dog's seemingly infinite patience with the mitherings of small children).
Damsels aren't always what they are cracked up to be, especially if they are young and like making a mess. It is a very nice piece, creative and unique, making a wonderful image, which is fortunately quite funny. Nice work Jujika, keep it up.
It seems like the dragon's is allowing it because of how young the girl that it is protecting is and because she doesn't know any better, and when there is a "damsel in distress", a.k.a. the girl for this picture, it allows the girl to do what ever she pleases as long as she doesn't leave on her own. That's what I think happens in most "damsel in distress" stories involving dragons
This is true art.A very emotional pic or at least for my wicked mind. I really like it,and it's as funny and cute as you surely intended it to be
Photoshop CS what? What tablet do you use? I'd take advantage outta knowing a master in digital painting since I've just bought me a tablet worth the time..it's unbelievable to paint/airbrush/write/do anything with a good tablet. It's almost like the real thing for me now,but I could very well use some lessons in it, I guess..
I love it! the combination of a simple child enjoying herself doing what little kids do best ( making a mess) and the powerful dragon just taking the abuse as if it were nothing.... it sounds like me and my kids, all powerful father ( in their eyes) capable of so much destruction simply allows his little ones to make a total mess of everything.
